Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • water - 1 c
  • powdered coffee - 4 tsp
  • whipping cream, whipped or 4 c - 2 pt

How to make chocolate mousse:

Boil first 3 ingredients 3 minutes. Put chocolate chips in blender. Pour in hot mixture, blend 6 seconds. Add eggs and blend 1 minute. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Serves 10. Can freeze.
