Cream cheese brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- unsweetened baking chocolate
How to make cream cheese brownies:
Cream together the 1/3 cup sugar and cream cheese. Add the 1 egg and mix. Set aside. Heat together the baking chocolate, butter and water until boiling. Remove from heat. Combine the 2 cups sugar and flour. Stir into chocolate mixture. Mix the 2 eggs, sour cream, salt and baking soda. Add to chocolate mixture. Pour chocolate batter into a greased and floured oblong cake pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture across top and cut in with a knife to create a marbling effect. Sprinkle top with the chocolate chips.
