Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, diced - 2 c
- sour milk + 1 tsp - 1 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix together cake ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the cake batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
