  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk
  • melted butter - 3 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar
  • light corn syrup - 1 tsp
  • tub Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • graham crackers - 1 lb
  • instant French vanilla pudding
  • bitter chocolate

How to make chocolate eclair torte:

Frosting:1 sq. bitter chocolate3 Tbsp. melted butter1 tsp. light corn syrup2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 layer of graham crackers. Mix vanilla instant pudding with milk. Fold together with 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread half of mixture over graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Spread balance of pudding over second layer of graham crackers and top that with a third layer of graham crackers.

Frosting: Melt the bitter chocolate and butter over low heat; cool. Add remaining frosting ingredients. Frost top layer of graham crackers and refrigerate overnight.
