Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 3 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- container Cool Whip - 9 oz
- graham crackers - 1 item
- French vanilla instant pudding 3 1/2 oz - 2 pkg
- Whip pudding with 3 cups milk
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with butter. Whip pudding with 3 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer graham crackers in pan (use whole graham crackers, do not crumble). Alternate layers with pudding and ending with crackers.Frosting:2 oz. Nestle Choco Bake orRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
