- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- confectioners sugar
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- soft margarine - 3 Tbsp
- white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes French vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
- baking chocolate squares - 2 pkg
How to make chocolate eclair dessert:
Frosting:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. white corn syrup2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. milk3 Tbsp. soft margarine2 pkg. baking chocolate squares Mix instant pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip and blend. Using 9 x 13-inch pan, layer graham crackers on bottom, then layer of pudding, layer of graham crackers, layer of pudding and top with graham crackers.
