Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 to
• buttermilk - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• shortening
• orange juice - 1 Tbsp
• grated orange rind - 2 tsp
• orange rind - 2 tsp
• frozen orange juice - 2/3 c
• Add eggs and orange juice

How to make orange drop cookies:

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and orange juice. Mix baking soda with buttermilk. Add baking powder and salt to flour. Add alternately with the buttermilk. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and frost. Add orange rind to frosting.Frosting:1 c. 10x sugar1 Tbsp. orange juice2 tsp. orange rind
