- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- confectioners sugar
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- clear Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- graham crackers - 1 item
- Line a layer of crackers do not crumble
How to make eclair cake:
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan. Line a layer of crackers (do not crumble). Mix pudding and milk and beat well. Add Cool Whip and mix. Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers.
