Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- cold milk - 3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- 10x sugar
- graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes French vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
- Mix pudding, milk and vanilla until almost thick
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Line a 13 x 9-inch dish with graham crackers. Mix pudding, milk and vanilla until almost thick. Add Cool Whip. Pour over graham crackers and cover top with graham crackers. Refrigerate while making icing.Icing:2 Choco-bake (2 sections)2 Tbsp. corn syrup2 Tbsp. margarine3 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. 10x sugar Melt Choco-bake, corn syrup, margarine and milk. Mix with 10x sugar. Pour over pudding and refrigerate.For variation: Pour pie filling over top of pudding mixture instead of icing.
