- milk - 3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- small boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- cool whip, thawed - 9 oz
- graham crackers 1 box
- chocolate frosting your desired flavor - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Combine pudding, milk and sugar. Beat until thickened. Gently fold in cool whip. Lightly butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Line bottom with whole graham crackers. Pour pudding mixture over crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread chocolate frosting over graham crackers. Chill.If you prefer, layer graham crackers, half of pudding, layer of graham crackers, remaining pudding topped with graham crackers; then frost. Chill.
