  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 3/4 c
  • unsweetened chocolate, melted - 2 sq

How to make chocolate cookies:

You will also need a cookie press.

In a medium bowl, cream the shortening; gradually add the sugar and cream well. Beat egg, chocolate, milk, vanilla and salt. Gently, but thoroughly stir in flour. Put through cookie press.
