Cheese flan
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 2 Tbsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- milk can of water - 1 item
How to make cheese flan:
Mix all ingredients except sugar and water in a blender. Note: To keep blender from overflowing, divide this mixture into 2 blendings; set aside. Mix in saucepan 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Place saucepan over medium-hot burner and stir gently until evenly browned. Spread glaze over bottom and side of an 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Pour flan mixture over the glaze. Place pan in a large pan containing water. Bake 1 hour in a 250° oven. Let cool completely. Cut into squares and place on serving plate. Drizzle remaining glaze over top. Keep refrigerated until time to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 4 hours, Weeknight.
