- graham cracker crumbs - 1 cracker
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 5 tsp
- Filling:3 eggs
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Filling:3 eggs1 c. sugar3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips1 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans3/4 c. butter Crust: To make the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the 5 teaspoons butter and 2 tablespoons sugar and press the crumb mixture in bottom of 9-inch pan. Place in refrigerator.Filling: Preheat oven to 325°. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl. Cream cheese and also melt chocolate in saucepan. Stir into sour cream and 3/4 cup melted butter and vanilla. Stir. Mix into cream cheese. Pour filling into crust. Bake 1 hour. Will jiggle slightly when done. Cool 10 minutes. Then remove from pan and cool 3 hours.
