Lindy's cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• heavy cream - 1/4 c
• stick butter, melted - 1 item
• yolks - 2 item
• orange and lemon rind - 1 tsp
• cream cheese equals 5 8 oz
• Crust:1 box zweiback

How to make lindy's cheesecake:

Crust:1 box zweiback3 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 stick butter, melted Mix ingredients; add cream last. Zweiback goes mostly on the bottom. Save a little bit for the top. Use spring-form pan. Bake at 550° for 10 minutes, then put it down to 200° and bake for an hour.
