Chocolate chip cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- sugar - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- cream cheese, softened - 24 oz
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- mini semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- flour - 1 tsp
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter or margarine. Press evenly into a 9-inch spring-form pan.In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, beating until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Toss 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips with flour, stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pan. Sprinkle on remaining chips. Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate before serving.
