Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla wafer crumbs
- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- 12 oz - 2 c
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
How to make fudge truffle cheesecake:
Chocolate Crumb Crust:1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs1/2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/3 c. melted butter Preheat oven to 300°. Combine all ingredients for crust and press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside.In heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips, stirring constantly. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chips and remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool; chill.
