- can tomato sauce - 1 (16
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
- ground beef or chuck - 1 lb
How to make chinese hamburgers:
Combine the ingredients using 1/2 small can tomato sauce. Make into patties and fry until brown. Add rest of tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes about 8 patties. The sauce makes good gravy.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Ground beef, Sandwich.
