Blueberry swirl cake
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- Cool Whip, thawed - 6 oz
- can blueberry pie filling - 21 oz
- Pillsbury Plus white cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make blueberry swirl cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Reserve 1 cup of pie filling for topping. Spoon remaining pie filling randomly over cake batter. Marble by pulling knife through batter in wide curves, then turn pan and repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
