  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • molasses - 1 Tbsp
  • ground ginger - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
  • chicken wings - 3 lb

How to make chinese chicken wings:

Combine ingredients; let stand at room temperature for a few hours or overnight. Add chicken wings; coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days, stirring twice a day. Put on cookie sheets lined with aluminum foil. Drain marinade and place wings in a single layer. Cook without turning for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until brown, in a 350° oven. Can be frozen. Thaw and reheat in a 350° oven for approximately 25 minutes.
