Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- molasses - 1 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- chicken wings - 3 lb
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Combine ingredients; let stand at room temperature for a few hours or overnight. Add chicken wings; coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days, stirring twice a day. Put on cookie sheets lined with aluminum foil. Drain marinade and place wings in a single layer. Cook without turning for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until brown, in a 350° oven. Can be frozen.
