- honey - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- rice vinegar - 1/2 c
- maifun rice sticks - 1/2 pkg
- shredded, cooked chicken - 3 c
- large head lettuce, shredded - 1 item
- toasted sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make chinese chicken salad:
Dressing:1 tsp. dry mustard3 Tbsp. honey2 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. sesame oil1/2 c. salad oil1/2 c. rice vinegar Break maifun sticks in 3-inch pieces. Deep fry rice sticks in batches at 375° to 400° until they puff. Drain. Make dressing. Combine salad ingredients. Add dressing.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Chicken breast.
