Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- grated ginger - 1 tsp
- green onion, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make flank steak:
Shake well or stir to blend all ingredients. Pour over a flank steak in glass dish. Marinate for 12 hours (approximately), turning meat. Store in refrigerator. Pour off marinade and save. Grill steak approximately 10 minutes. Slice thin. Serve with green salad and scalloped potatoes.Recipe categories: Very low carbs, Meat, Beef.
