Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- Parmesan cheese as desired - 1 item
- cans whole green Ortega chilies - 3 item
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer with whole green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers until chilies are all used. Beat eggs, flour and milk. Pour over layered mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Pour tomato sauce oRecipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
