Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- egg yolks - 4 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- Jack cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- small cans Ortega chile peppers - 2 item
How to make chili rellenos:
Mix together. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Spread over cheese and chile mix. Push in with a fork. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Slice tomatoes last 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Peppers.
