- butter - 4 Tbsp
- almonds blanched, filberts or walnuts - 1 lb
How to make chili nuts:
Melt the butter over low heat in a frying pan large enough to avoid crowding. Stir to coat the nuts and shake the pan over low heat for 8 or 10 minutes. Turn onto paper towels to drain, then sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of chili powder. Toss until coated and serve warm.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Main dish.
