- pkg - 2 oz
- water - 1 qt
- diced onion - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- diced, peeled potatoes
- box Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
How to make cheese soup:
Cook 4 chicken bouillon cubes, onion and celery in 1 quart water. Cook and add the potatoes and mixed frozen vegetables for 30 minutes. Add soup and cheese, cook until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
