- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- carrots - 1 2
How to make glazed carrots:
Cut carrots into thin strips and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave at High until butter is melted, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir to blend. Add carrots and stir until coated. Cover and microwave at High until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes, stirring once.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
