Ingredients/Components
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 lb
- bud garlic, minced - 1 item
- jalapeno pepper, minced, to taste - 1 item
How to make chili dip:
Heat chili, minced garlic and minced jalapeno pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir grated cheese into hot chili mixture until cheese dissolves. Transfer dip to chafing dish.
