Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- jar pimento - 1 oz
- butter room temperature - 1/4 c
- dry green onion dip mix - 2 pkg
- sharp cheese, grated room temperature - 1 lb
- chopped green chilies, with seeds removed - 2 oz
How to make tasty cheese ball:
Beat cheese and butter with mixer until smooth. Add mayonnaise, beat until fluffy. Add chilies, pimentos, onion dip and water. Line quart dish with Saran Wrap and chill for 2 hours. Can make 1 large ball or 2 small ones. Keeps for 3 weeks in fridge.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
