Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • jar pimento - 1 oz
  • butter room temperature - 1/4 c
  • dry green onion dip mix - 2 pkg
  • sharp cheese, grated room temperature - 1 lb
  • chopped green chilies, with seeds removed - 2 oz

How to make tasty cheese ball:

Beat cheese and butter with mixer until smooth. Add mayonnaise, beat until fluffy. Add chilies, pimentos, onion dip and water. Line quart dish with Saran Wrap and chill for 2 hours. Can make 1 large ball or 2 small ones. Keeps for 3 weeks in fridge.
