Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- kidney beans - 12 oz
- oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- cans tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped - 2 oz
How to make chili con carne:
In a Pam sprayed Dutch oven, saute first 5 ingredients 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer 15 minutes to thicken. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Chili.
