- pkg - 1 1/2
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- can beef broth - 1 1/2
- chuck roast - 4 lb
How to make pot roast:
In Dutch oven in hot oil, brown meat on both sides. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour broth mixture over roast. Bake, covered, with foil or ovenproof lid at 350° for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender. Drain fat. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
