Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- small box Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- boiled chicken, deboned - 1 item
- bag regular size Doritos - 1 item
- can mild chopped jalapenos - 1 item
How to make chili chicken:
Boil chicken and when cool, debone. In a skillet, melt 1 stick butter. Add diced onion; then add jalapenos, evaporated milk and 3/4 of the Velveeta cheese. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer chips, chicken and sauce. Repeat until all are used up. Then add remaining Velveeta cheese that has been grated.
