Chili cheese casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 1/2 Tbsp
- Jack cheese - 1/2 lb
- Cheddar - 1 lb
- diced chilies - 1 large
- small can canned milk - 1 item
- tomato sauce or 2 8 oz - 1 c
How to make chili cheese casserole:
Place a layer of chilies and a layer of cheeses. Repeat.Put eggs, milk, flour and pepper in blender. Mix. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, then pour tomato sauce on top and cook 15 minutes more. Serves 10.
