Chili cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- 8 oz - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c
- medium cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
How to make chili cheese ball:
In work bowl, mince garlic. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and salt. Process until smooth. Mound mixture onto waxed paper. Wrap and chill at least 1 hour for ease in handling. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in pecans.
