Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • cottage cheese - 1 pt
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • dill weed - 1 item
  • Jack cheese - 1/2 lb
  • cube butter - 1 item
  • small can green chilies optional - 1 item

How to make egg bake:

In blender, blend eggs, cottage cheese, flour and milk. Season with dill weed, salt and pepper. Stir in the grated Jack cheese. Add chilies if desired. Melt butter in a 7 x 12-inch pan. Stir half into egg batter, then pour batter into pan. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
