- sugar - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- strips bacon - 2 item
- Chili-O mix - 1 pkg
- can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- pinto beans, soaked - 1 lb
How to make chili beans:
Cook beans. Brown meat and stir in Chili-O mix, tomatoes, seasonings and onion. Add beans; cook down to desired consistency. Can serve with rice or tortilla chips. Top with cheese. Can eat as a dip.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
