Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 Tbsp
- light cream - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- crab meat - 1 c
- tiny shrimp - 1/2 c
How to make seafood quiche:
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat eggs with cream, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, butter and sherry. Stir in cheese. Pour over seafood in shell. Bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Main dish.
