Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 Tbsp
  • light cream - 1 c
  • 9-inch pie shell
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • sherry - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • crab meat - 1 c
  • tiny shrimp - 1/2 c

How to make seafood quiche:

Preheat oven to 375°. Beat eggs with cream, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, butter and sherry. Stir in cheese. Pour over seafood in shell. Bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
