- water - 3 c
- oil - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- seasoned salt - 1/3 tsp

- bag frozen vegetables - 1 (8
- chicken 8 to 10 pieces - 1 item
How to make chicken with rice:
Put cut up chicken in a pot with oil. Cover very well so it will cook with steam on low heat for about 45 minutes. Add vegetables, tomato sauce and 1 can of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Boil the 3 cups water, butter and salt. When boiling, add the rice and cover for about 12 minutes on low heat.
