Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- spaghetti - 1/2 lb
- canned milk - 4 Tbsp
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- broth - 2 c
- bouillon cubes - 2 item
- large onion - 1 item
- hen or 1 fryer, salted - 1/2 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook chicken, bouillon cubes and large onion in small amount of water. Cook spaghetti and lay in bottom of baking dish. Put chopped chicken and onion over spaghetti. Spoon mushroom soup over this.Mix flour, sauce and red pepper together, then add milk. Put this mixture in the broth and then pour all this over the spaghetti. Pat butter over this. Grate cheese and sprinkle over spaghetti. Bake at 350° until cheese is bubbly.
