- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- chicken broth - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- American cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- box spaghetti - 1 item

- large can mushrooms - 1 item
- mushroom liquid - 1 item
- Old English cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- small or large can pimento - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Bone chicken and dice meat. Cook spaghetti; season with a small amount of broth. Add milk to remaining broth. Make 1 quart. Add butter and flour. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and celery in mushroom liquid. Thoroughly blend all ingredients except crumbs in a buttered casserole; top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
