Chicken lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2/3 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced parsley - 1/4 c
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- lasagna noodles - 6 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- diced green peppers - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced green onions - 1/4 c
- sliced pimento-stuffed olives - 1/3 c
- cream-style cottage cheese - 1 c
- chicken breast halves, cooked - 4 item
How to make chicken lasagna:
Cook chicken; cut into bite size pieces; set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside. Combine soup and next 10 ingredients in a 2-quart bowl. Stir well. Heat, stirring once. Place 3 noodles in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Layer half each of chicken pieces and soup mixture over noodles; repeat layers. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbles. May be microwaved.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Lasagna.
