Chicken sopa
Ingredients/Components
- 5 oz - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 3
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- cooked, chopped chicken 1 fryer - 3 4
- corn tortillas, cut into 8 wedges - 12 item
How to make chicken sopa:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix soups and milk; stir until blended. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.Can be made ahead. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
