Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- honey or Karo syrup - 1/3 c
- Cajon seasoning - 2 tsp
How to make cajun chicken:
Combine sauce ingredients. Mix well. Add chicken, turning to coat. Arrange chicken in single layer. Bake in a 350° oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Any seafood seasoning may be substituted for the Cajun.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
