- honey - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- cut up chicken - 2 to
- sake - 1 Tbsp
- ginger juice or grated - 1 tsp
How to make chicken teriyaki:
Teriyaki Sauce:4 Tbsp. soy sauce1 tsp. ginger (juice or grated)1 Tbsp. sake1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp. sugar1 Tbsp. honey Cut chicken into serving pieces. Mix ingredients for sauce. Marinate chicken in sauce for 1 hour (or longer). Cook chicken pieces in 375° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
