Chicken teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 4
- water - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- white or sherry wine - 1/4 c
- to 4 garlic cloves - 3 item
- cut up fryer or 10 to 12 chicken thighs
- ginger, powdered - 1/2 tsp
How to make chicken teriyaki:
Place chicken in baking dish. Combine ingredients for teriyaki sauce and pour over chicken. Marinate overnight. Bake approximately 1 hour in 325° oven, turning every 15 minutes. Serves approximately 6 people.Note: Chicken may be skinned, if desired. May use 1/4 cup lemon juice for wine and no garlic.
