Chicken tacos

- sour cream - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- salsa
- shredded lettuce
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- taco shells - 8 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- chopped green onions - 1 c
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- sliced black olives - 1 item
- ground coriander - 1/4 tsp
- chopped fresh cilantro - 1 Tbsp
- lean ground chicken - 10 oz
How to make chicken tacos:
Preheat oven to 350°. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add pepper, onions and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Add chicken; cook, breaking up chicken with back of wooden spoon until no longer pink. Stir in cumin and coriander; cook 1 minute. Add salsa, cilantro and chili powder; cook, partially covered, 10 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 to 7 minutes longer, until mixture is thick but not dry. Arrange tacos on baking sheet; bake 6 to 8 minutes until crisp. To serve, divide chicken mixture evenly among taco shells.
