Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- taco shells - 2 item
- tomato sauce - 1/2 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1/2 c
- medium tomato, chopped - 1 item
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- dash of oregano leaves - 1 item
- skinned, boned and cooked chicken, diced - 4 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 oz
How to make chicken tacos:
In a 9 or 10-inch skillet, heat oil. Add onion and garlic and saut?© until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add tomato, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Add chicken and cook until heated through.
