Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dried beef - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split in 2 - 6 item
How to make chicken breasts:
Tear dried beef and place in bottom of roaster or cake pan. Place chicken breasts on top of dried beef. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 300° for 3 hours. Remove cover and bake another 1/2 hour. Serve hot with wild rice, regular rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
