Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- chopped lettuce - 1 item
- comino - 1 Tbsp
- whole boiled chicken - 1 item
- chopped avocado, if desired - 1 item
How to make chicken tacos:
Boil chicken until done. Divide chicken broth in half. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, comino, black pepper, salt and tomatoes. Use enough cornstarch for desired consistency. Clean chicken off the bones; cut up. Soften corn tortillas with butter in frypan just enough to roll easily. Roll chicken in tortillas. Top with lettuce, onion and avocado.
