Ingredients/Components
- boned chicken breasts, halved - 3 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 6 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- white wine or sherry - 1/4 c
- box garlic-onion croutons - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
How to make chicken swiss:
Place the chicken breasts in baking dish. Cover with slices of Swiss cheese. Combine the soup and wine; pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle croutons over top; drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
