Chicken spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chicken broth
- onion - 1/2 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms, sliced small - 1 item
- cut up chicken turkey if using turkey - 2 c
- small box spaghetti, cooked as directions on box - 1 item
- Saute onion and celery in little oleo until color turns clear
How to make chicken spaghetti casserole:
Melt cheese with milk in double boiler. Saute onion and celery in little oleo until color turns clear. Add:White Sauce:2 Tbsp. oleo2 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper1 c. milk Combine and cook until thick. Mix with preceding. Cover top of casserole with slivered almonds. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
